Travelling in Iloilo is like travelling to the heart of the Philippines. Having a lot tourist spots like beaches, sandbars, lagoons, historical landmarks, cultural traditions, and delicious cuisine. They are well known for their soft and gentle speaking manner. Hiligaynon is their primary language and it is often referred as Ilonggo by its speakers. Learning Hiligaynon phrases will help you travel like a local in Iloilo.

The city of Iloilo is modernly known as the City of Love and it is also a highly urbanized city just like Tacloban.
